Originally a classic one-bedroom prewar, the apartment was renovated to create a two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment. The renovation maintained the prewar details including symmetry in the entry hall and moldings but upgraded all electrical and plumbing to current standards and opened the main space to create a clean, loft-like living area. The kitchen is small but highly efficient and includes all conveniences – dishwasher, double oven, cooktop, microwave, and washer/dryer – and a great deal of cabinet and storage space. Storage space was prioritized for the entire apartment with three storage closets and a 12x3 foot master bedroom closet, minimizing clutter and maximizing clean living space.
